WE'LL HAVE TO DO IT

WE’LL HAVE TO DO IT

Don’t rely too much on the previous generations

They are all the men and women of the past

Can now see clearly what they have done

Destroying valuable things in our world

Without any responsibility, any responsibility

Again and again on the hunt for their own greed

Always taking more then what they really needed

To fill up their existence with useless belongings

Their desperate way to survive their empty lives

Searching for immortality, searching for immortality

We’ll  have to do it by ourselves, only by ourselves

Take no lesson from another generation

Thought that walls of brick could bring happiness

Money in the bank could save their inner souls

How they were wrong, how they were wrong

Al the time ignoring the teardrops in children’s eyes

Never seeing millions opening their hands for food

Floods of seas sweeping away thousands homes

Flying bullets taking the bodies of innocent lives

Didn’t feel any shame, didn’t feel any shame

They took it all, they thought it was for granted

And if something is for free why shouldn’t you pick it up

They never asked who will have to pay the price

The price of pollution, starvation, injustice and no moral

It will be us, it will be us

We’ll  have to do it by ourselves, only by ourselves

Take no lesson from another generation

Thought that walls of brick could bring happiness

Money in the bank could save their inner souls

How they were wrong, how they were wrong
